Fresh & Fusion is an independent recipe site. Fresh & Fusion is a home-cooking site with clear, tested recipes for every meal of the day: exact quantities, numbered steps, honest timings and the tips that make a dish work the first time.

Who cooks here

A small home kitchen. Every recipe is cooked and tested before it is published, with real timings and the fixes for the mistakes we made along the way.

How recipes are tested

We cook each recipe at least twice, weigh and measure every ingredient, and write down what actually happened: how long it really took, what the dish should look like at each step, and which shortcuts work. Nutrition values, when shown, are estimates calculated from the ingredients.

How we make money

Some links on the site are affiliate links: if you buy something through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We also run clearly labelled sponsored blocks and display advertising. Neither changes what we recommend, and we will never call an ingredient or a tool good because it pays us.
